These terms describe use of OrderPDF, provided by the operator identified below. By using the app for your store, you agree to these terms.

The service

OrderPDF reads authorized Shopify order and draft-order data to create quote, packing-slip and production-sheet PDFs. It also provides app-owned production tasks, batches and configured workflow rules. It does not change Shopify orders, process payments, issue refunds or update fulfillment.

Your responsibilities

Use OrderPDF only for a store you are authorized to administer and for information you are entitled to process. You are responsible for your store's customer notices and instructions, access by your staff, and lawful use of customer and product information.

Review source details, prices, taxes, generated documents and production instructions before sending a document or relying on it. A generated PDF reflects its saved source at that time and is not automatically rewritten after an order changes. Keep unnecessary personal information out of notes and custom fields, and protect downloaded documents and temporary links.

Plans, fees and access

Subscription approval and plan changes are handled through Shopify App Pricing. Displaying prices does not create a subscription or charge. Document creation and other paid features require the appropriate confirmed plan and available PDF allowance.

Review the price, billing interval, any trial and included allowance shown by Shopify before approving a plan. Shopify determines development-store free testing and trial eligibility. Downloaded documents should be retained separately if you need them beyond the app's retention period.

Availability and saved data

Availability depends on Shopify authorization, applicable plan access and the operation of the app and its hosting services. Access may be interrupted by errors, expired authorization or unavailable source data. This page does not commit to a particular uptime or support response time.

Saved files and records have different retention periods, described in the Privacy policy. Export information you need before deleting app data or uninstalling. Deleting documents in OrderPDF does not cancel a subscription. Use the Shopify plan management controls for subscription changes when a subscription is available.

Data processing agreement

These data processing terms and the Privacy policy form our agreement with the merchant for personal data handled by OrderPDF. The merchant determines the purposes and lawful basis of processing as controller; OrderPDF acts as processor on the merchant's documented instructions, including authorized app actions and enabled rules. Customer names, shipping addresses, customer identifiers and order or draft details are processed only to provide the document and workflow functions described above, for the duration of the service and applicable retention periods.

The merchant is responsible for lawful collection, customer notices and any necessary consent, and must respect applicable customer choices before instructing the app. OrderPDF does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, train AI models with it, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Pause rules and stop processing when instructions change; use the authenticated export and deletion controls and contact support for assistance with customer rights.

OrderPDF restricts access to authorized people with confidentiality obligations, protects app-held customer contents and credentials with authenticated encryption, uses HTTPS and encrypted database connections, and operates the retention and access controls described in the Privacy policy. DigitalOcean hosts the application and database in the United States and processes data on our behalf; Shopify provides the authorized source and authentication services. We remain responsible for the processing we delegate and will update this page before changing the hosting subprocessor. Contact support with a reasoned objection or to request available evidence of these controls.

We will notify the merchant without undue delay after confirming a personal data breach affecting their store, provide available information and reasonable assistance for applicable notification duties, and investigate and contain the incident. We will assist with relevant data rights and compliance requests using information available to us. At the end of service, app-held personal data is deleted according to the Privacy policy; any encrypted recovery copies are restricted to recovery, remain subject to deletion requests, and expire within 30 days. We do not promise a recovery point or recovery time. Merchant acceptance records identify the store, version and acceptance time; those records are not permission to process data for another purpose.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Shopify. Uninstalling disables app access and stops pending work; the Privacy policy explains subsequent deletion of app-held records. We will update these terms and their effective date when the service terms change.
