What to include
Include your store domain, the page or feature affected, the approximate time of the issue, any document or batch ID, and the error message displayed by the app. A short description of the steps that led to the issue helps us investigate.
Do not email access tokens, passwords, customer names or addresses, private PDF files, or temporary download links. If you include a screenshot, hide customer and order details first.
Documents and production
- In Documents, check the PDF's status, expiry and any failure message. Retry a failed document when the app offers that action.
- If a PDF has expired, select its Shopify source and generate a new version when access and allowance permit. Regeneration uses another PDF from your allowance.
- In Batches, inspect per-item results, quota-waiting status and available retry actions.
- In Workflows, pause an automatic rule and inspect its run results if it is producing unexpected documents.
- Update source order details in Shopify before generating a corrected document. OrderPDF production task changes do not update Shopify fulfillment.
Installation and plan access
Open OrderPDF from your Shopify admin. If access cannot be confirmed, check that the app is installed for the intended store and review Plans and usage. Public paid plans are not currently enabled; planned prices are not an active subscription offer. Contact support if the displayed access status is unexpected.
Privacy and data requests
Open Privacy requests to check Shopify customer requests and download available private exports. The merchant must deliver an export to the requester; OrderPDF does not email it automatically. Settings provides merchant data export and saved document/task deletion controls. Customers should contact the merchant whose store holds their order for a privacy request.
